Sweet Corn Pudding from KAF

Pudding ingredient:

1 packet Jelly

250gr KAF Golden Sweet Kernel Corn

50gr Sugar

500ml AROY-D Coconut Milk

2tbs Cornflour

1/4tsp Salt

1/4tsp Vanilla powder

200ml Water
 

For topping:

Coco Pandan syrup

Condensed Milk

Coconut flakes/sliced cheese

 

How to make:

1. Blend KAF Golden Sweet Kernel Corn and water until smooth. Strain the corn with a strainer and separate the dregs.

2. Put corn, jelly, sugar, condensed milk, AROY-D Coconut Milk, and salt. Cook over medium heat to boil.

3. Add cornflour and vanilla powder. Stir until thick.

4. Pour into the mold and let it thick, then put in the refrigerator for around 3-5 hours.

5. Serve with the toppings.
