Cheese Stick from KAF

250gr Kruawangthip Tempura Flour

1pack Cheese cheddar

250gr Butter

250gr Oil

Cold water

 

How to make:

1. Put Kruawangthip Tempura Flour into the bowl, pour cold water.
2. Pour butter into the dough.
3. Grate the cheese and mix into the dough.
4. Stir the dough until smooth.
5. Flatten the dough in a flat place and cut into a stick.
6. Heat the oil until boil and put the dough that shaped stick, fry until the color turn golden.
7. Cheese stick is ready to serve!
